Aster privacy notice
Updated 11 October 2026
Signup measurement
We record form starts, validation failures, submission attempts and errors, and server-confirmed new registrations with anonymous session and campaign context. Analytics collects no form field values and does not store applicant identities or signup IDs. These records respect privacy opt-outs and are retained for up to 180 days.
Website and beta correspondence
We use signup details to review beta requests and contact applicants about onboarding. Do not include passwords or sensitive documents in the signup form. During the beta, requests sent to your PA are processed by our email and AI service providers.
Visitor statistics
We collect page views, approximate visits, referral domains, language, country, device category, tagged campaign sources and active time. Random browser and session identifiers estimate returning visits using local storage, without linking visitors to signup identities. Browser identifiers expire after 180 days. Analytics uses no tracking cookies and stores no raw IP addresses, full referring URLs or form contents. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Statistics and pseudonymous session records are kept for up to 180 days; duplicate-prevention records expire after 48 hours. Visitor and signup locations may include approximate country, state or region, and city derived from the connecting IP by our hosting provider. We do not store raw IP addresses or exact coordinates. These estimates may reflect a VPN or network location rather than your actual location. Signup location is visible only in the protected operator dashboard.
Google Drive backup connection
Aster PA Drive is an operator-managed Google OAuth application used by Tony Yustein for internal Aster service backups. The operator authorizes the Google account holding the project and backup folders. Backup operations list and read project files, export documents, upload archives, and download them to verify that they can be restored.
Drive permission and use
The connection requests Google's full Drive permission to work with existing project folders and maintain backup archives. This permission covers all files in the authorized Drive account; the backup scripts select the configured project and backup folders. The Drive connection is used for backup and recovery operations, not advertising or AI model training. It does not request Gmail, Calendar or Contacts access.
Backup copies and retention
Backup archives may contain service database records, correspondence, attachments, configuration and credentials. Copies are kept on the operator's computer and in the configured Google Drive and OneDrive backup locations for recovery. Backup copies remain until removed by the operator; revoking Google access does not remove copies already created.
Access controls and contact
The operator manages the local OAuth credentials, account permissions and backup locations. Google access can be revoked in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future access through that connection and may prevent new backups. For questions or access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@emailyourpa.com.
